What academic dimensions contribute the most to sustainable food systems?

This year, five out of nine European universities belonging to a unique alliance called Una Europa, have targeted the role of academia in transition to sustainable food systems under a seed project of the same title. Those universities being: University of Helsinki, University of Bologna, University of Edinburgh and Complutense University of Madrid, and Free University of Berlin with f4f partners from the chair of Innovation Management.
