The multi-actors’ perspectives on the role of academia in transition to sustainable food systems

UNA EUROPA invites you to the second online seminar on May 25, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., where the perspectives of multi-actors’ perspectives on the role of academia in transition to sustainable food systems will be presented. The seminar will be moderated by Steven Finn, Vice President of "Food Waste Prevention for Leanpath" and Professor of Sustainability in the "Organizational Dynamics" program at Penn University, USA.

Speakers from Finland, Germany, Spain, Italy and the UK will explore the topic from different angles.

Among others, Dr. Dagmar Weier from Project Management Jülich (PTJ), supervisor of the BMBF funding line "Agricultural Systems of the Future", to which food4future also belongs. She will speak about the experiences within the funding line regarding the transformation process.
