food4future at the Potsdam Day of Science 2025

Our information stand in the foyer of the Fraunhofer IAP offered numerous opportunities to talk to visitors. Discussions included the potential of alternative protein sources such as macroalgae, insects and jellyfish, as well as concepts for urban food production. In the well-attended lecture “food4future: new approaches to food production in urban areas”, Prof. Dr. Christian Dreyer presented current research results and perspectives for sustainable nutrition in the future.
